• Looking for properties takes time. When you see the property that suits you, we strongly advise you to pay this deposit to secure the deal. Usually the amount is one month rental. After the landlord accepts this deposit, he cannot rent the property to someone else. This deposit will become part of the security deposit or advance rental after the Lease Agreement is signed.
